These terms cover your use of StreetSpanMedia.com, the inquiry forms on it, and our text messaging program. Advertising placements are governed by our Advertising Agreement, which you accept at checkout. Host board placements are governed by a separate written agreement with StreetSpan Media. If anything here conflicts with either agreement, that agreement wins. Please also read our Privacy Policy at https://streetspanmedia.com/privacy-policy, which explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Types of messages. When you opt in to text messages from StreetSpan Media, you will receive SMS messages such as account notifications, appointment reminders and confirmations, availability alerts for advertising categories, board delivery and update notifications, replies to your questions, and, if you check the separate marketing consent box, occasional promotions and offers. Message frequency varies.
How to opt out. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again on our website.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Privacy. Your phone number and opt-in information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy: https://streetspanmedia.com/privacy-policy. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes to the program. We may change or end the text program at any time. Questions about the program or your data can be sent to the contact details below.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for a business to use our forms, sign an agreement, or opt in to our text messages.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about StreetSpan, check availability, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, scrape content, or interfere with its operation. We may block access to anyone who violates these terms.
Inquiries are not contracts
Submitting an availability request or host application does not reserve a spot or guarantee a board. Categories are offered on a first-come basis and a spot is yours only when you have accepted the Advertising Agreement and your payment has gone through. Host placements depend on a site visit and available space.
Advertisers
Each board carries a limited number of advertiser panels, one business per category. Category exclusivity applies to the individual board named in your agreement, not to every board StreetSpan operates. Placements run for the term stated in your agreement. Panel artwork must be lawful, accurate, and appropriate for a family audience. StreetSpan may decline or remove artwork that does not meet these standards. Boards are placed in businesses we do not control, so we cannot guarantee a specific number of views, scans, calls, or customers.
Hosts
Boards provided to host businesses remain the property of StreetSpan Media. Hosts may write daily specials and messages on the board face and agree not to cover, remove, or alter advertiser panels. StreetSpan replaces boards for normal wear at no charge and may retrieve a board at any time. Hosts are responsible for placing the board safely and in compliance with their own lease and local rules.
Website and profile services
Website builds, rebuilds, and business profile services are quoted and delivered under a separate written scope. Nothing on this site is an offer to build a website at a fixed price.
Content and trademarks
The StreetSpan name, logo, board designs, photos, and site copy belong to StreetSpan Media. Business names shown on sample boards on this site are fictional and used only to show what a board looks like. You may not reuse our content without written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, StreetSpan Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the text program, or any placement, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
